Fluorescent COOH PS Microspheres 0.20µm, FC02F, Dragon Green - 1 mL

Our Fluorescent COOH Polystyrene Microspheres 0.20 µm, FC02F, Dragon Green – 1 mL are precision-engineered latex particles designed for fluorescence calibration, assay development, and bioconjugation applications. Each microsphere is dyed with Dragon Green, a bright and photostable fluorophore with excitation and emission spectra similar to FITC (Ex/Em ~480/520 nm), providing excellent signal strength and compatibility with standard fluorescence filters.

The carboxyl-functionalized (COOH) surface allows easy covalent coupling of proteins, antibodies, or other biomolecules using carbodiimide (EDC/NHS) chemistry. Their narrow size distribution and high fluorescence intensity make them ideal for flow cytometer calibration, imaging, and particle size analysis.
